Location Silver Spring MD 20906 Practice Lead Dr. Bali Schedule NP ownership in local Internal Medicine Practice Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Family Medicine team. You will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care supporting the Practice Lead as she gradually decreases her schedule over the next 3-5 years and ensuring seamless continuity of care for an established highly regarded community practice with the unique goal of transitioning into practice ownershipbuy-in. Scope of Practice Patient Population Ages 16 serving an active-aging community 20 Medicare 2 self-pay. Comprehensive Primary Care Acute chronic and preventative care behavioral health and non-procedural womens health no papsIUDs. Clinical Workflow 20-minute follow-ups and 40-45 minutes for new patient evaluations. Clinical Procedures Routine outpatient care with bi-weekly on-site ECHO support. Volume & Call 17-18 patientsday call managed entirely by Lead Physician ~1 call every 6 months. Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner NP. Open to both experienced NPs and motivated new graduates ready for partnership. Active unrestricted NP license in Maryland. Proactive no task is too small team mentality.
