We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-focused team providing comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No hospital call required
- Predictable Monday–Friday schedule

Clinical Workflow
- Average of approximately 24 patients per day
- Outpatient pediatric primary care

Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary of $120,000

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Provide age-appropriate preventive and wellness care
- Conduct well-child visits and routine pediatric examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
- Monitor growth, development, and overall pediatric health
- Coordinate care with pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Utilize AI-assisted technology to improve documentation efficiency
- Educate children and families regarding treatment plans, medications, nutrition, and preventive health
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current APRN/NP license eligible for practice in Florida
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Pediatrics
- Board Certification in Pediatrics preferred, but not required
- National certification through an appropriate recognized certifying body
- Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric primary care
- Experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
