A well-supported onsite employee health clinic in Vienna, VA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a daytime contract assignment beginning May 11, 2026 and running through June 30, 2026, with potential for month-to-month extension based on clinic needs.

What You’ll Do
You will provide high-quality outpatient care in an onsite clinic environment, including:
Conduct physical exams, preventive care visits, acute episodic visits, and wellness-focused care
Provide women’s health services within scope of practice
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing
Perform phlebotomy as needed
Document patient encounters in Epic
Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
Prescribe or recommend medications and therapies within scope and state requirements
Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members as needed
Refer patients to physician consultation or specialty resources when appropriate
Support a patient-centered care model focused on access, prevention, and continuity
Active Virginia NP or PA license
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner or applicable PA certification
Minimum 1 year of autonomous provider experience in primary care or a closely related outpatient setting
At least 5 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department settings
Women’s health experience required
Strong phlebotomy skills required
Active BLS through the American Heart Association
Prescriptive authority as required by Virginia scope of practice
Ability to work independently in a professional onsite clinic setting
Epic proficiency
Experience in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model
Corporate health, onsite clinic, occupational health, family practice, urgent care or ambulatory care experience
This is not a high-volume retail clinic or unpredictable hospital float assignment. You’ll work a steady weekday schedule in a professional onsite clinic environment where the focus is accessible, relationship-based care. The role offers a balanced mix of primary care, wellness, women’s health, and preventive services, with the support of an established clinic model and Epic documentation.
