Envision is seeking Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, GA. We are only reviewing applicants with EM experience in an NP or PA role at this time.

• 34-bed ED, 7 Health Express (Urgent Care) rooms

• 66,000 annual patient visits

• 60 hours of Physician coverage and 50 hours of APP Coverage daily
