Position Overview
The NP/PA will be responsible for evaluating patients, providing medical care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically appropriate
- Prescribe medications and treatments within authorized scope of practice
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Current national certification, as applicable
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within applicable California practice requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- Reliable transportation if travel to patient locations is required
