Job Type: Part-time, Direct hire
Pay: $65-80 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri
Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of a physician, with a focus on both acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform physical examinations, medical histories, and ongoing assessments for patients with a variety of internal medicine concerns.
Develop, manage, and adjust individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modification, and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals, specialty consultations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging, screenings) relevant to internal medicine and age-specific patient needs.
Requirements:
Graduate from a Physician's Assistant Program with 2 plus years of experience
Background in using nutraceuticals/supplements
Bilingual Spanish fluency a plus but not required
DEA License
Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
