Pay Range: $120000 - $140000/annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Location: 6410 Rockledge Dr. #660, Bethesda, MD 20817
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekend/Holiday Coverage: None
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, histories, physical examinations, and follow-up visits.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and potential complications.
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate care between the outpatient clinic and hospital when needed.
- Participate in hospital rounding as required; candidates willing to split time between clinic and hospital rounding are preferred but this is not a requirement.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Initial interview: Virtual
- Second interview: Onsite
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Active, unrestricted Maryland NP or PA license required.
- Prior oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Hospitalist experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently while following established clinical protocols and standards.
