A leading, hospital-employed medical group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, fast-paced Urology practice in Findlay, Ohio. (40 minutes from Toledo, OH)

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected health system known for innovation, collaboration, and outstanding patient care.

Uses Cerner/Oracle Health EMR with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Position Highlights:

Full-time, permanent position
Flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule
No call
Primarily outpatient clinical care with some inpatient rounding
See 1520 patients per day
Care for new and established patients across all ages
Autonomous practice with physician collaboration
Involvement in pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and follow-up

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary $120,000$140,000
Productivity and stipend bonuses

Qualifications:

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Urology or Gynecology experience required
Strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced specialty practice
Excellent communication and patient care skills
