Annual Salary: $134,472.00 - $152,486.88

Compensation is based on years of licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse practice and relevant clinical experience.

Greater Seacoast Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to become one of the founding providers at our brand-new Wakefield Primary Care practice.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is strongly preferred; however, other qualified APRN specialties with significant primary care experience will be considered.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Perform preventive health exams and wellness visits.

  • Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing.

  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans within New Hampshire scope of practice.

  • Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.

  • Collaborate with an integrated multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider collaboration activities.

Minimum Qualifications (Required to Be Considered)

Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:

Current New Hampshire RN and APRN Licensure

National APRN Board Certification

Current DEA Registration (or ability to obtain before employment)

Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Minimum of three (3) years of licensed practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Community Health, or a comparable outpatient setting

Preferred Qualification

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is strongly preferred. Other APRN specialties with substantial primary care experience are encouraged to apply.

Applicants with fewer than three (3) years of licensed APRN primary care practice will not be considered.

Preferred Experience

  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience

  • Community Health experience

  • Population health initiatives

  • Team-based outpatient care

  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
