A well-established, physician-owned primary care practice in the Metro Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient team.
This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with adult patients. The practice focuses exclusively on adult medicine, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients (18+)

Conduct physical examinations, health assessments, and diagnostic evaluations

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within the scope of practice

Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management

Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up services

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical care team
Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Georgia Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)

National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)

Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of outpatient primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (required)

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills

Candidates living in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta suburbs within commuting distance of Suwanee are preferred
Compensation
