Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Clinic

Provide personalized care in a collaborative outpatient clinic with longer appointments, daily administrative time and another Nurse Practitioner onsite.

We’re seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a primary care contract serving patients ages 2 and older. This role combines primary care, acute care and occupational health in a supportive, wellness-focused setting.

Schedule

• Monday: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–noon
• Thirty-minute lunch break
• Thirty minutes of administrative time at the end of each day

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute concerns, manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care.
• Deliver comprehensive care to patients ages 2 and older.
• Provide occupational health services within the clinic’s scope.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and document care in Epic.
• Create a welcoming patient experience through attentive care and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin credentials appropriate to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• National FNP certification
• Clinical knowledge and experience in primary care, acute care and occupational health
• Experience caring for pediatric and adult patients
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Strong communication, teamwork and clinical judgment
• Epic experience preferred

Contract dates: January 4–May 5, 2027. Extension or permanent opportunities may be available depending on clinic needs.
