We’re seeking a compassionate and experiencedWound Care Nurse Practitionerto provide specialized treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds. You’ll work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans that promote healing and improve outcomes.
As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing specialized wound care assessment, treatment, and management to patients with acute and chronic wounds
Perform detailed wound assessments and document findings in EHR
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with other providers
Provide advanced wound care: debridement, dressing changes, and closure techniques
Prescribe medications, order labs/imaging, and interpret results
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care best practices
Track healing progress and adjust care plans as needed
Stay current on wound care research and participate in quality initiatives

Active State Medical License
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Wound Care (Preferred)
Ability to Travel up to 1 hour from home (set schedule of rounding at 1 facility per day)
