Nurse (RN / LPN) – Evening Shift | Full-Time

We are currently hiring for two Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions on evening shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) within our Healthcare team. Both positions offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, strong team support, and the opportunity to provide personalized care to older adults.

Option 1: Skilled Nursing

• Full-Time | 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Monday–Friday
• Skilled Nursing Unit

Option 2: Assisted Living

• Full-Time | 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Monday–Friday
• Assisted Living Unit

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide nursing oversight during evening hours, supporting residents and care staff while ensuring a safe, calm, and well-supported environment. You’ll monitor changes in condition, respond to resident needs, administer medications and treatments, and work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is confident working independently while still valuing the support and collaboration of a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight and support to residents during evening hours
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Document care accurately and communicate important updates
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
• Collaborate with CNAs and care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Support infection control and safety standards
• Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification required
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, or senior care preferred
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Passion for working with older adults
