School Clinic RN – Middlesex Borough School District

Position: School Based Registered Nurse 
Location: Middlesex Borough School District, NJ
Schedule: Monday–TBD
Compensation: $55–$65 per hour (based on experience)

Description:
ESS Clinical is seeking a BSN Registered Nurse to operate a school clinic within the Middlesex Borough School District. This is a temporary assignment covering the full month of November, with consistent weekday hours. The nurse will be responsible for supporting student health needs, providing care in the school clinic, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Current BSN RN license through the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable about communicable disease prevention and medication protocol
• Strong preference for school-based or pediatric experience
• Collaborative, constructive team building skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• Must have a current CPR certification and pass a comprehensive background check.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and other staff members.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and use sound judgment in all aspects of the job
