We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor who is passionate about providing high quality, patient-centered primary healthcare and collaborating with a kind team of

professionals.

About the Role:

As a Nurse Supervisor, you'll use your critical thinking, good judgement, and interpersonal skills to identify solutions or approaches to patient problems. You'll collaborate with clinical staff to design and implement meaningful and individualized patient-centered care. Responsibilities include:

• Supervises site level customer service and medical assistant staff

• Monitors site level medical assistants and nursing staff performance

• Coordinates the flow of a day by monitoring schedules

• Collaborates across the site to optimize flow of the day

You will be primarily based at our Buffalo locations, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

Education and Skills:

• Graduated from an accredited one or two year nursing school and current NYS License as a Practical Nurse, OR
• BS in nursing and current NYS Professional Registered Nurse License
• Current basic life support certification
• Minimum of 3 years clinical/nursing management/supervision experience; physician office/practice preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Able to read, write and speak the English language. A second language of Spanish preferred

What We Offer:

Compensation: Starts at $32.79 per hour based on a full-time, 40 hour work week. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, license, qualifications and other position related components.
