Description:
• This position involves supervising nursing staff in a healthcare setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. 
• The role is based in New York, NY, and requires full-time commitment with a weekday schedule. 
• Candidates should have experience in healthcare management, with proficiency in generic technology systems.

Requirements:
• Develop and manage nursing and medical support staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Conduct staff training and competency evaluations.
• Manage inventory of controlled substances and medical supplies.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient care.
• Participate in treatment planning and patient assessments.

Qualifications:
• NYS RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• At least 3 years of supervisory nursing experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Phlebotomy and EKG.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Experience with diverse populations and healthcare technologies.

Qualifications:
• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred.
• Five (5) years of nursing leadership experience in relevant healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience with quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with technology systems and office applications.
