We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards of practice
• Assess residents' health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
• Ensure residents receive care that respects their dignity and promotes quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills with a caring, resident-centered approach
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening including THC, TB testing, and comprehensive background checks (including reference checks and fingerprinting)

Available 8-Hour Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Both full and part-time positions include rotating weekends and holidays. Second and third shift positions include a $0.75/ shift differential.
