Title of Position: Nursing Clinical Placement Coordinator / Faculty - Fall 2026 Start
Bargaining Unit / Salary Range: MEA Faculty Unit; $52,610.57 - $59,213.66; depending upon qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities: EMCC is looking to fill a full-time Nursing Clinical Placement Coordinator / Educational Faculty position to begin August 19, 2024. This position includes oversight and management of clinical sites and partnerships; works as a liaison between the college Nursing department and the clinical sites to support the student educational experience; and clinical observation and participation weekly. This individual while acting as a liaison between the college and the clinical sites is expected to communicate with the other program faculty for the purpose of continuous program improvement. This position will serve as the lead in conjunction with the Nursing Chair; on behalf of EMCC and clinical personnel at partnership sites, to include scheduling, identifying appropriate site locations and options. Provide clinical-based support and oversight of clinical instructors, along with providing educational resources & support. Track attendance & total clinical hours for the students.
