We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in the Plymouth, CT area. The ideal candidate will bring  strong leadership experience in long-term care, strong operational management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing home while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive workplace culture

  • Manage budgets, staffing, and facility resources to meet organizational goals

  • Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)

  • Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and best practices in elder care

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
