Position Summary
This position will support Carondelet St Raphael's Emergency Center and Carondelet St Jospeh's Emergency Department. Will Accountable for associate performance and provision of patient care within specific environment and shift. Monitor fiscal and budgetary operations and provide support for the vision and direction of specific areas. Responsible for ongoing interface and frequent communication with patients, customers, associates, and management. Effectively manage change, facilitate innovation, foster teambuilding.

A full-service emergency center, Carondelet St. Raphaels treats everything from broken bones to cardiac and stroke emergencies and life-threatening injuries with compassionate care delivered by experienced doctors and triage nurses.
