ResponsibilitiesResponsible for serving as the leader overseeing daily operations, scheduling, staff scheduling and timekeeping of the cardiac catherization labs, electrophysiology labs, hybrid labs, Cath/EP Lab PACU. Personnel, coordination of resources and working closely with the Director and the charge team (charge nurse, lead staff for EP/vascular and interventional, PACU charge nurse) regarding strategic and operational issues is required. Serves as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem solving, effective time management, and accountability for standards, teamwork and excellent customer service. QualificationsJob RequirementsAssociate's degree3+ years of cath/vascular/interventional experienceCurrent New Mexico RN License, ARRT, paramedic or RCISPreferred Job RequirementsBachelor's degree
