Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, implements, and supports the day-to-day activities needed to effectively execute clinical initiatives, programs and processes in the promotion of clinical operations, Quadruple Aim, and the One Team model
  • Promotes Practice Health and Safety (PHS) standards, and supports the creation & sustainment of evidence-based tools, policies, standing delegation orders and standards of practice
  • Provides a wide variety of collaborative support for Enterprise Clinical Operations to ensure applicable program requirements and operational processes are met
  • Proactively works across the organization to drive short- and long-term operational success of program initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • BSN in Nursing
  • RN License
  • 5+ years project and/or nursing experience, manage increasingly complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters
  • Information technology or nursing informatics experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
