About the Role/Unit:
The Nursing Practice Specialist (NPS) at Sinai Hospital serves as a clinical leader responsible for advancing evidence-based nursing practice, outcomes improvement, and professional development across acute care at Sinai Hospital. Operating under limited supervision, this role integrates clinical evidence and performance data to guide nursing decision-making, policy development, and clinical initiatives. The NPS partners with unit leaders, interprofessional teams, and system stakeholders to promote high-quality care delivery, optimize nursing-sensitive indicators, ensure regulatory survey readiness, and sustain a culture of nursing empowerment and accountability throughout LifeBridge Health.

Requirements:
Education: MSN required
Licensure: Maryland Registered Nurse License
Certification: American Heart Association BLS Certification & Specialty certification
Experience: 3-5 years in clinical nursing with demonstrated experience in evidence-based practice, quality improvement or professional development
Pay Range: $43.33 to $67.16 Based On Experience
