Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
Good understanding on features and technologies present in Acropolis, Prism, Files and Karbon
Experience on managing the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud
Good understanding on AHV networking components and configuration setting
Good hands-on experience on VM Creation and Management
Have good understanding on dashboards and monitoring tools that can be used to resolve cluster issues
Good understanding on the creation of creation of a Storage Container. Should have sound knowledge on
capacity optimization methods should be used based on a given workload.
Experienced on the Configuration Deduplication, Compression, and Erasure Coding on Nutanix containers
Experience on AHV Workload Migration
Good understanding of Nutanix Volumes and Nutanix Files (formerly Acropolis Block Services and Acropolis
File Services respectively)
Good understanding of Data Resiliency requirements and policies related to a Nutanix Cluster
Good understanding on differentiates component, service, and CVM failover processes such as Disk Failure,
CVM Failure, and Node Failure
Good understanding on Nutanix data protection technologies such as NearSync, Cloud Connect, and Protection
Domains
Good Understanding on Prism Element and Prism Central
Good Hands-on experience on Cluster Maintenance
Good understanding on Windows Servers 2012, 2016 and 2019
Troubleshooting issues on Windows Servers
PowerShell scripting knowledge
Should have exposure of ITIL process and team handling
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Candidate must have Nutanix Administration experience.
Candidate must have experience on Windows Administration experience
