Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: At least two years' experience in program intake or customer service in private industry or public grant funded programs such as those under the Older Americans Act. Experience in word processing is required. Requirements: Has excellent interpersonal and group process skills. Is accurate, conscientious and flexible with attention to detail. Is proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access. Accepts direction, is well organized, and can meet deadlines. Willingness to work in a team environment. Must have valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate effectively with individuals from all demographic groups.
