Nutritional Assistant (DT)

Primary Functions Dining room set up for designated meals. Rolls silverware, ensures coffee area is adequately stocked. Prepares beverages for meals served. Serves residents designated meals. Ensures resident needs are met during meals. Refills drinks as necessary. Serves coffee to residents. Provides excellent customer service for the residents during meal service. Allows adequate time for residents to finish meals. Clears table of dishes, sanitizes tables and chairs, ensures condiments on tables are stocked and clean. May assist in preparation of salad and dessert preparation. Works as a team player with the dietary department, adjusting duties to cover other assignments as necessary.
