Job Title: o9 Architect 

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a highly experienced o9 Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment of the o9 Digital Brain platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain planning and o9 implementations, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills to guide complex projects across industries such as Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the o9 platform with solution design, business requirements gathering, and hands-on implementation.
• Lead the complete project lifecycle, from blueprinting to deployment.
• Conduct blueprinting sessions and publish business requirements, key design decisions, and data dependencies.
• Configure o9 solutions to address challenges in demand planning, supply/replenishment, and operations.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring processes; resolve system issues through defect tracking, analysis, and resolution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, Solution Architects, DevOps, and IT teams to resolve integration and configuration issues.
• Provide customer demonstrations, expert guidance during workshops, and UAT sessions.
• Translate user stories into functional system configurations using o9 Config 2.0 and the latest reference models.
• Participate in build and test phases: unit testing, debugging, system testing, and cut-over activities.
• Document configuration logic, support knowledge transfer, and hand over to client teams and o9 customer success.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements and process improvements, collaborating with o9 development and operations teams.
• Stay current with the latest o9 platform developments, contributing to reusable assets and accelerators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in functional domains of Supply Chain Management & Supply Chain Planning, including IBP.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience on the o9 platform with multiple full-cycle implementations (34 required).
• Strong expertise in o9 Config 2.0 and reference models.
• Proven ability to configure and implement o9 modules such as Demand Planning, Supply/Replenishment Planning, Inventory Management, IBP, and Long-Range Planning.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Telecom, or Retail.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in blueprinting workshops, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering client-ready solutions.
• Recent and updated o9 certifications (mandatory).
• Understanding of algorithms and basic appreciation of Python coding for configuration support.
• Strong experience with IBP, S&OP, LRP & AOP modules (mandatory).

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for o9 integrations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis) and middleware tools.
• Knowledge of ETL tools for data integration.
• Consulting background with strong stakeholder management in digital supply chain transformation.
