Job Description

Dominos Store Hours:

Sunday-Thursday: 10am-12am

Friday-Saturday: 10am-1am

We are searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, have high energy and a passion for customer service. Learn and sharpen your business skills as a Manager for Dominos Pizza by leading and developing the in-store team members and drivers, managing all in-store operations during your shift including hands-on preparation of all food items to company standards, and managing your costs, all while in a fun and energetic environment!

• Open Availability; Weekends

• Must be 18 Years or Older

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Supervise and motivate team members during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to food safety and health code regulations
• Train new employees on food preparation, customer service protocols, and company procedures
• Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding store operations
• Make food to the company standards of great quality
