What Youll Do
Provide OB/GYN coverage for a 268-bed hospital
Manage 1-3 deliveries per shift, with callbacks averaging 8-12 hours
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
Document patient information using Cerner EMR system
Respond to 24-hour beeper calls and handle emergency situations
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
Support patient education and safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Arizona medical license or IMLC
DEA certification
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in OB/GYN
Preferred:
Experience working in hospital settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
