    Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician / Pain Management Physician | Clovis, CA

    WellTech Partners is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary Pain and Rehabilitation Group in California seeking a Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician or Pain Management/Internal Medicine physician to join their Clovis-based team. This is a permanent opportunity with flexibility to start part-time, transitioning to full-time based on fit.

    This is a highly collaborative, outpatient role focused on chronic pain management, functional restoration, and workers' compensation care within an established multidisciplinary program.

    Position Overview

    • Setting: Outpatient Pain & Rehabilitation / Occupational Medicine
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
    • Hours: Standard business hours
    • Location: Clovis, CA (future expansion to Visalia & Bakersfield)
    • Start Date: As soon as the best candidate is identified
    • Compensation: $300,000 – $500,000 annually (DOE)
    • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain and work-related injuries
    • Provide functional assessments, treatment planning, and impairment documentation
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (pain, neuro, behavioral health, PT/OT)
    • Communicate with external stakeholders including attorneys, employers, and case managers
    • Participate in a structured, specialized training model for workers' compensation care
    • Focus on long-term functional outcomes and return-to-work planning

    Top Candidate Profile

    • Board Certified/Eligible in Occupational Medicine, Pain Management, Internal Medicine, or related field
    • Active or eligible California medical license
    • Experience in Occupational Medicine or Pain Management preferred
    • Willingness to learn workers' compensation systems and a unique chronic care model
    • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
    • Comfortable working independently in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
    • Preference for candidates living in or relocating to the Central Valley region (non-commutable roles are not ideal)
