Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered, license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CO

Rate: $45-$55/hour

• $5,000 Bonus paid: $1,000 after 3 months, $2,000 after 6 months & $2,000 after 12 months - bonus for full-time position only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
