    Description

    Position: Occupational Therapist

    Salary Range: $44-48 per hour

    Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. No weekend rotation required.

    Benefits: Sign on and relocation assistance may be considered for qualified applicants.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them develop, maintain, and regain their ability to perform daily tasks and activities. Your role will involve providing individualized treatment plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities

    - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

    - Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help patients improve their functional abilities

    - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

    - Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in occupational therapy to provide the highest quality of care

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

    - Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist

    - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    - Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation
