Hillcrest Home Care is looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team!

As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, youll have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one therapy in the comfort of patients homes. Youll help individuals rebuild confidence, improve daily living skills, and regain the independence that matters most to them.

What Youll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence and quality of life.

• Provide hands-on occupational therapy services in patients homes.

• Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, safety, and overall function.

• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and strategies for success.

• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other care team members.

• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Build meaningful relationships while helping patients achieve their goals!

What Youll Bring

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• A passion for patient-centered care and helping people maintain their independence.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for patient visits.

• Home health experience is a plus, but not required!
