    This role offers a diverse outpatient caseload with a strong emphasis on adult and geriatric upper extremity rehabilitation.
     
    You'll treat patients with:
    • Post-operative hand and upper extremity conditions
    • Arthritis
    • CVA/stroke
    • General orthopedic pain 
    • Degenerative conditions
    • Tendon and nerve injuries
    • Custom splint fabrication
    • Wound care
    • Functional upper extremity rehabilitation

    Enhanced Compensation
    IRG offers a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care!

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  
    • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
    • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.  
    • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.  
    • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.  
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
