A healthcare organization in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team in Concord, providing care to residents while participating as part of an interdisciplinary team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with one weekend rotation
- Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours)
- Setting: 135-bed facility
Responsibilities:
- Providing and directing resident rehabilitation care
- Evaluating and establishing treatment plans
- Managing and supervising treatment plans
- Participating in the screening of residents
- Providing feedback on clinical and rehabilitation issues
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current MA Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Knowledge in governmental guidelines
- EMR system proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Team collaboration skills
- Organizational skills
Desired Qualifications::
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience/knowledge in Older Adult Rehabilitation
