Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience.
Home Health experience is required.
EPIC EMR experience is required.
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability required.
Patient Coverage Area:
The therapist will provide home health services in Southern Chester County, including:
Oxford
Nottingham
West Grove
Lincoln University
Landenberg
Kennett Square
Avondale
Other nearby areas within Southern Chester County.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills and independence.
Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
