Occupational Therapist (OT) — Duvall, WA
FTE: 0.5 (Approximately 20 hours per week)Location: On-site, Duvall, WADuration: Full school year
Role: Provide school-based occupational therapy services, assessments, IEP participation, and staff/family consultation to support student participation and independence.
Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and develop OT plans.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy focused on fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.
  • Document progress, write reports, and attend IEP meetings.
  • Consult with teachers and families.
Qualifications:
  • WA OT license; Master’s in OT.
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
