We are seeking a licensed
Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The OT will help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities, regain independence, and achieve the highest possible level of functioning.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Gergia.
- Experience in SNF, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
