    Job Title: Occupational Therapist

    Location: Fremont, CA

    Salary Range: $54-$59 per hour

    Hours: 35 hours per week

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

    Facility: 126-bed hospital

    Are you a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our facility in Fremont, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team.

    As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages who have physical, mental, or developmental conditions that affect their ability to perform daily tasks. Your primary goal will be to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions and activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct assessments to identify patients' physical and mental abilities and limitations

    - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patients' goals

    - Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to help patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and range of motion

    - Teach patients how to safely perform daily tasks and use adaptive equipment if needed

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes

    - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on how to continue therapy at home

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

    - Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

    - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation facility

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    - Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapeutic activities with patients

    - Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in Occupational Therapy
