Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our clinic-based team in Gardena.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in the clinic
- Address fine-motor development, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care skills, coordination, attention, and functional participation
- Establish measurable goals based on each child’s needs and family priorities
- Complete treatment documentation and progress reports accurately and on time
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and home recommendations
- Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, assistants, physicians, regional centers, and other professionals involved in the child’s care
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for California licensure
- NBCOT certification
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric development, sensory processing, fine-motor development, and activities of daily living
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing consistent care
- New graduates with strong pediatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply
