Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy

Highlights:

• Willing to train/mentor someone who is pursuing CHT
• 70% Hands/Upper Extremities & 30% Lymphedema
• Work alongside 1 CHT and 2 OTs treating adult patients
  
  • 12 Full-Time Therapists on site among all disciplines
• Formal onboarding process (8-12 weeks)
  • Shadow CHT, fabricate splints, and receive guided supervision until you master the skills
• See an average of 8 patients per day
• M-F Schedule: Clinic is open from 7:00-6:00

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• CHT strongly preferred

• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
