 We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join a SNF client in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating clients with various physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy services to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and clients' goals

- Provide therapy services to clients to improve their motor skills, coordination, strength, and overall functional abilities

- Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve their daily living skills

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' progress and treatment plans

- Stay current with industry advancements and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in therapy practice

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in treating clients with various disabilities

- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication purposes

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy

- Ability to adapt to changing environments and multitask effectively

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
