As a COTA, you will: Deliver Direct Care – Assist with resident screenings, implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, and adjust therapies based on patient response Support mobility, strength, and rehabilitation efforts using exercises, assistive devices, and other techniques. Under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll implement personalized treatment programs, provide hands-on care, and ensure seamless communication with clients, families, and the care team.
