Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $93K-$105K/year (based on experience)

Incentives: $20K Sign-On Bonus + Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance

Select Physical Therapy in Glendale is seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team. Our clinic offers a diverse caseload with specialties including orthopedics, concussion management, sports medicine, pediatrics, hand therapy, and more, providing a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a specialized caseload, treating both oncology and hand therapy patients.

 

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating both our oncologic and orthopedic population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Mentorship is available for our full-time new graduate physical therapists. ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
• Provide clear documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in occupational therapy
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certified

Preferred:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
