About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT)at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Total Compensation: $90,000-107,000 which includes:
  • $1,500 Sign-on Bonus
  • Competitive Salary: $72,000-$85,000
