• Compensation:

  • $60 – $69/hour (Full-Time)

  • PRN: $70 – $75/hour

Schedule

• Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create OT plans

• Provide ADL-focused therapy

• Supervise COTAs and coordinate care

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment

• Complete compliant documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited OT program

• Active California OT license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills
