Our client, Easterseals Crossroads, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Children’s Therapy Services team. What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evaluation and ongoing therapy services to pediatric consumers in clinic, home, and community-based settings. You will partner closely with families and other professionals to support each child’s development and independence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans
  • Providing direct OT interventions
  • Collaborating with families on home programming and transition planning
  • Fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and assistive devices
  • Managing a clinical caseload and maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicating with service coordinators and stakeholders
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development.

What They’re Looking For:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
  • Active Indiana OT license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
  • Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred
  • Ability to travel between work locations as required.
  • Strong knowledge of typical and atypical child development
  • Ability to plan, adapt, and modify environments and materials
  • Experience using evidence-based interventions
  • Effective communication with children, families, and professionals
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • Comfort working in active, hands-on therapy environments.
