We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a flexible opportunity for clinicians looking to provide high-quality care while managing their own schedule.
Role Overview:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Supervise and collaborate with COTAs to ensure effective care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
