Schedule

• Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop OT plans

• Provide ADL-based therapy and rehab

• Supervise COTAs and coordinate care

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment

• Complete accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active California OT license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills
