Job Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilledOccupational Therapist (OTR)to join our growing pediatric team. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans for children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

Pay: $55 - $120 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in the home or community setting

  • Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed

  • Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation per Medicaid and insurance standards

Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory integration

  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in pediatric home health is preferred but not required
